The SAFe Fellow achievement is the most prestigious distinction a Lean-Agile professional can earn within our community. It recognizes individuals who have not only mastered the Framework but have also demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to advancing the practice of enterprise agility and contributing back to the global ecosystem.
During the Amsterdam SAFe Summit, we were thrilled to announce two new additions to this elite group: Peter Pedross and Odile Moreau. Their induction brings our active Fellow community right to its established limit of 50 worldwide experts, representing the pinnacle of thought leadership in our industry.
Peter Pedross: Bridging Compliance and Agility
Peter Pedross, the founder of PEDCO AG, has been a cornerstone of the SAFe community since the release of version 2 in 2012. His journey began with the creation of Applied SAFe, a platform that addressed one of the most significant hurdles in enterprise transformation: the perceived conflict between regulatory compliance and Agile speed.
As a Certified Platform Partner, Peter has developed the only system capable of mapping every version of SAFe to rigorous industry standards. His work allows organizations to maintain the rapid delivery cycles of SAFe while satisfying the complex requirements of:
- Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)
- FDA Regulations and IEC 62304 (Medical Device Software)
Peter’s impact is felt most strongly in highly regulated sectors. Global leaders such as Porsche, Mercedes, and various aerospace and medtech organizations rely on his expertise to navigate their digital transformations. Before founding PEDCO, Peter honed his skills by managing the process frameworks for a leading Swiss financial institution, where he oversaw methods used by hundreds of global projects. He remains a tireless advocate for deeper Framework guidance on risk, quality, and regulatory alignment.
Odile Moreau: Leading with Humanity and Multilingual Expertise
Joining Peter in this prestigious induction is Odile Moreau, a Strategic Advisor and SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) at Scaled Agile, Inc. With over two decades of experience spanning IT Service Management and Software Engineering across Europe, Odile brings a unique perspective on the intersection of technical excellence and human-centric leadership.
Before joining SAI, Odile was a critical contributor to our partner network, working with organizations like Gladwell Academy and Capgemini. Since stepping into her role at SAI, she has become a primary voice for some of the Framework’s most impactful recent developments, including Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and the human aspects of digital transformation.
Additionally, Odile is a champion of integrating Agile practices with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. She passionately advocates the use of Lean-Agile principles to drive sustainability and meaningful corporate change. Furthermore, Odile is a dedicated supporter of localization and a vocal advocate for the Women in Agile movement. Her ability to deliver high-level consulting and training in three languages—French, English, and Dutch—makes her an indispensable asset for multinational transformations across Europe.
A Growing Legacy of Thought Leadership
The addition of Peter and Odile to the SAFe Fellows community highlights the evolving nature of the SAFe Framework. While Peter provides the architectural and regulatory rigor necessary for complex systems, Odile focuses on the strategic alignment and cultural shifts required to sustain them. The Framework Team works closely with SAFe Fellows as they enhance and refine the SAFe guidance, and Peter and Odile’s diverse expertise will benefit the future of SAFe.
